Sanitization — we have increased sanitization in all high-traffic area touch-points within the dealership, several times a day, in addition to the daytime cleaning service.
Test-Drive Vehicle Preparation — all hard and soft surfaces inside these vehicles are vacuumed and wiped down after a guest or employee uses a vehicle.
Service Work Preparation — guest vehicles in for service are fitted with seat protectors, all touch points sanitized before going through maintenance or repair work. All technicians are required to wear disposable gloves when working on vehicles.
Sanitizer Locations – this includes additional hand sanitizer dispensers and locations in all dealerships for customers and staff so they can sanitize their hands throughout the day.
Travel Restriction – no unnecessary business travel by staff associates & Group Shuttle service has been suspended.
Hand Etiquette – staff associates need to practice frequent hand washing and also refrain from shaking hands with individuals.
Vehicle Pick-up – all vehicles will be sanitized and have a Full Exterior Wash before being returned to each customer.
Vehicle Delivery (Purchase) – Full Interior and Exterior Clean with Sanitization before delivery will be conducted
Additional Non Contact communication methods – We recommend all clients make appointments to ensure all test vehicles are cleaned and sanitized prior to test drive
